Frank Lorber, born on the 19th of February 1975 in Giessen, is a DJ since he was sixteen. His career started with an unusual deal. In return for signing a contract for his future training place, his mother would buy him two record players and a mixer. A few months later he quitted at his training place to concentrate on music. Meanwhile he is travelling all over the world as DJ with his music.

His last album “Jailhouse Rocker” was published in the beginnings of 2002 and was a cooperation with several producers. Frank Lorber tried to summarize in one album, what experienced as a DJ and as listener in the last ten years. Thanks of the big summery of influences and inspirations the record became varied. Every style, from ambient over electro and minimal to the Club Techno, is represented. The titles “Jailhouse Rocker” or “Medizin” were produced very spontaneous in a studio in Ober-Mörlen in an cooperation with the masters of electro Anthony Rother and Hitmachine Johannes Heil. With the last Frank is working together since several of years as `Project 69`. Jörg W. Henze, the Delirium-Mastermind and boss of the labels “Federation of Drums” is responsible for the violent and dynamic tracks as “Blechtrommel” or “Sky High”.

The last few years he was busy of playing in countless clubs or festivals (like for example Womb-Tokyo, the End-London, Cocoon Club Ffm, Naturue One-Hunsrück, Mystery Land-Netherlands, I Love Techno-Gent, Amnesia-Ibiza, etc.)
