He began in 1995 with DJ’ing.

His first style was Hardcore. In spite of several bookings, he lost interest in Hardcore after one year and drifted towards Progressive on which he eventually concentrated.

1997/98 the techno scene wasn’t what it used to be and for sometime he had been taking an interest in the Drum & Base air and had been visiting lots of D&B parties. Acquiring a taste of it, he began buying himself D&B records and he didn’t regret it.

With his artist name “DJ Redrum” he came into contact with the guys of United Tribes from Berne, who organized the most popular parties in the area.

Thanks to the United Tribes he received, during the following five years, a huge amount of bookings in the area.. This consequently made the name “Redrum” well-known.

Unfortunately the Drum & Base scene broke down and almost disappeared. Meanwhile the scene recovered in Berne but for him it was time to make a break and to build reserves of energy. One year later and older, he returned to the origin of electronic music - back to the roots.

The Techno developed further and meanwhile there are all kind of different styles. Also the production became more complex and more interesting.

Under the name “Taktlos” he returned into the DJ business and is doing his job with full passion. Taktlos has a studio in Berne, where the plans of the future should become reality. The guys of LiViD, who he knows since his D&B times, joined together with him making the beginning of a new group. Still Livid, but a new logo, a new website and a new series of parties: Moving LiViD
